Game Six: Water, Ice, and Vapor

2 Players

Assortment of flat colored tokens ( 2 color groups)

Goal of the game is to reach the end of the game board by traversing the various paths of the states of water, starting from a liquid and then either moving into vapor or ice and coming back again to a liquid. Players will assume the role of a group of H20 molecules as they traverse the world of water and its various states. Players roll a D4 to move about the game board. In order to transcend to the next state players must spend “energy” tokens to qualify to trivia question spots. Trivia questions are about topics related to water. When a player lands they are given a question that they must closely guess the right answer to proceed to the next stage of travel. There are 3 levels of trivia questions, each requiring more energy tokens and increasing in difficulty. If a player guesses wrong they must traverse back to a designated space and they lose the tokens they have collected. They must collect more tokens to by making loops around the water cycle until they have reached the question area again with the proper tokens. Not having enough tokens results in the same as a wrong answer. A correct answer does not require any loss of tokens.
